Снос пристройки к ЖК «Хан Тенгри» в Алматы: подробности и дата события

In Almaty, an unauthorized construction on the terrace of the third floor of the «Khan Tengri» residential complex has been demolished, reports Tengrinews.kz, citing the Urban Planning Control Department. A recent inspection revealed that the owner expanded their apartment significantly by adding an unauthorized one-story structure.

Administrative measures were taken against the owner, and an order was issued to correct the violations. As the order was not fulfilled, a lawsuit for enforcement was filed on August 26, 2024, in the Almalinsky District Court. On January 5, 2025, the court sided with the department’s claims.

Today, the demolition began with the involvement of justice department bailiffs.

Earlier, the demolition of the «Orda City» residential complex in Almaty began, as it was noted that the developer, TOO Investment Stroy, constructed it without proper permits, as discovered during an inspection.
